The AP TET 2014 application form will be available to download in the month of July 2014. Government of Andhra Pradesh, department of school conducts AP TET twice a year for the students aspiring to make their career as a teacher for class I to VIII. All the candidates who have cleared D.Ed, B.Ed or equivalent qualification have to appear and clear AP teacher’s eligibility test to apply for teacher’s job in the government schools, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipality schools or private schools. APTET is among the most popular examination in the Andhra Pradesh region. Very soon, the officials will start distributing the application form for the APTET 2014 exam.
Information on AP TET 2014 Application form
Every year government of Andhra Pradesh, department of school conducts AP TET as per the regulations and guidelines set by NCTE. APTET will be conducted in different 23 centers. Candidates will have option to choose for their exam center. The APTET certificate is valid for 7 years from the date of examination. The AP TET will be conducted in the month of September. It is noticed that the number of candidates applying for the Teacher’s eligibility test every year keeps on increasing in high numbers. The test is conducted in two papers, paper 1 is for the candidates willing to teach students from Std I to Std V and 2nd paper is for the students willing to teach Std VI to VIII. The candidates, who intend to teach students from class I to Class VIII, have to appear for both the papers. The time duration of each paper is 2 and half hrs.
Eligibility criteria
- The candidate should have cleared 10+2 examination
- Should posses a graduation degree
- Student should have either B.Ed or D.Ed.
AP TET Registration Process:
Interested candidates can fill the online application form by visiting the official website. Once the candidate has successfully filled the application form, he/she should take the print out of the same.
Then candidate should pay the exam fee of INR 200 for Paper 1 and Paper 2, INR 200 for each paper through APONIINE or e-Seva. On paying the fees, candidates will receive a Journal Number, by using this journal number candidate can then complete the form submission.
After getting the Journal number, candidate should affix form (print out), receipt of fees paid and all educational documents and sent it to the bellow given address:
