  • Meditate – Meditation is an excellent way to improve your memory and focus. If you take a look at the benefits of meditation, there are a number of health benefits which include improving memory power and concentration of a person. When you meditate you focus on relaxing yourself, this helps to focus.   • Make a time table and follow it – Make a study schedule and dedicate time for each subject or topic you have to study. To avoid boredom, you can make a schedule that is variable, don’t follow the same routine every day. The prepared schedule should be followed strictly. Self-dedication is must to achieve any goal. Also, you have to concentrate on studies, due to this reason you must not open many tabs and search for irrelevant links.
