Finally, BCCI has announced the 30 probable players of ICC cricket world cup 2015. People were anxious to know the name of the probables as there was uncertainty in the name of Shehwag, Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh and Zahir Khan. All these veteran players are going through the rough patch of the life. Although, all of them were present in previous world cup but they are not running out of form. Even, the performance in the domestic tournaments is less than satisfactory. Indian fans were expecting some of the veteran players to be selected especially Yuvraj Singh as he was one of the most obvious candidate. He was the last world cup tournament here. Even, his recent performance in the domestic tournament is average.

Since India is a defending champion and there is a big responsibility on their soldiers. Considering the adverse situation in Australia and New Zealand, India may loose the title. Selectors have considered the fast bawling supportive track of Australia and New Zealand and has decided to add more fast bowlers in the team this time. Ishant Sharma has returned in the team and is likely to lead the fast bowling attack. Besides him Varun Aaron, Mohit Sharma and Dhawal Kulkarni have also been included in the squad but none of the later seems to make to top 15 team members. Surprisingly, axar patel from Gujarat has got the place. Selectors have kept showing faith in this young talented all-rounder.
