The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has already issued an RFP or Request for Proposal to stage the Pepsi IPL 2015 opening ceremony. The RFP’s deadline to submit the proposal to BCCI is on 9th of March 2015. Hence the exact venue and date are yet to be declared by BCCI. Since it is confirmed that the opening ceremony will be held only in India, cricket fans can witness the ceremony this year.
