The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is conducting CA CPT Exams on 14th June 2015, Sunday. CPT is Common Proficiency Test is an entry level of examination or test for admission to Chartered Accountancy Course in India. The CPT is also known as CA CPT and it is conducted for four subjects. The four subjects for which CPT exam is conducted are Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. This test carries 200 marks and follows multiple choice question pattern with negative marking.

CA CPT Result Dates
The result date of CPT Result 2015 is expected to be 19th July 2015.

CPT exam also carries 0.25% negative marking. Before you appear for your CPT exams and get CPT result 2015, know the cut off for CA CPT exams. A candidate should secure a minimum of 30% marks in each section and 50% aggregate marks in all the four sections to get qualified at the CA CPT test.
CPT exams are conducted twice in a year i.e. in June and December in paper and pencil mode. The previous exam was held in December 2015. Online CPT tests are also conducted online from time to time. CPT exams are held across more than 150 center in different states and cities of India. Couple of overseas centers also conduct CA CPT exams like Kathmandu, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The online applications for CA CPT were accepted from 7th of April to 28th of April 2015.
