Moto E was a trend setter of a budget smartphone in India. The first generation device was not powerful but the new generation device Moto E (Gen 2) 4G comes with a real muscle that is capable of taking on big budget devices. The quad-core processor is a good enough reason to buy the device at a price of Rs. 7,999. In fact, it is one of the cheapest quad-core device around. Of course, if you have a slightly higher budget then you can add extra Rs. 1000 and go for Intex Aqua Speed HD with quad-core processor and HD display and Lenovo A7000 with octacore processor.

What we don’t like in Moto E (Gen 2) 4G
Honestly, we do not see real value for money in Moto E (Gen 2) 4G device. First of all, the device has a very less screen size. According to today’s standard 5.0 inch smartphone are possible at this price range. Take an example of Lenovo A7000 device which comes with a much better specification at additional Rs. 1,000. The device comes with a paltry 5.0 MP camera without LED flash. It will be very difficult to adopt the phone if you are a fan of photography. It also puts night photography out of question without LED flash light. Additionally, 0.3MP front facing camera is a big joke for a selfie fans.
According to official partner Flipkart the device will go on sale on 28th April. If you are keen to get the device then you can pre-register it from this link
